Payment Terms

The user is responsible for any and all fixed and accumulative charges for this account. The first month service fee is due upon account setup.

Credit card customers agree to allow Surfside to bill such card on each successive billing date automatically after the initial charge and account setup.  User agrees to allow Surfside to make the automatic monthly charge without separate authorization from the account holder.  Credit card customers shall notify Surfside of any changes in ;credit card number or  expiration date.  If the card is not honored for any reason, surfside will attempt to notify the card holder from information given at sign up.  If alternative billing is not established within seven days the account will be terminated.  Re establishment of the account will be subject to a $5.00 reconnection fee.

If payment is by check, payment due dates are indicated on your invoice, which will arrive via email.  Dishonored checks are subject to a collection feel and your account may be suspended until the account is current.  If payment is not received within seven days of the due date, service will be terminated. Surfside has the right to instantly terminate service for any unpaid or partial paid subscriptions. Termination of service shall not relieve the user from the obligation to satisfy outstanding invoices.  In the event Surfside utilizes an attorney to collect such sums, the user shall be responsible for the payment of all Surfside attorney fees and costs in pursuing the collections these sums. Surfside reserves the right cancel service for any reason without prior notice. In the case of cancellation, unused fees may be returned to the user on a pro rate basis.

The user must notify Surfside in writing to cancel service. Fees for any setup and the first month's service are not refundable.

In addition to any price for service Customer shall be responsible for the gross amount of any present or future federal state municipal or other government sales use or escise value added or other tax. Access to password protected secure areas. Access to and use of password protected and or secure areas of the site is restricted to authorized users only.

This agreement is entered into the State of Arizona and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof and any and all written or oral agreement heretofore existing between the parties hereto are expressly canceled.
